What to include
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18)
- The app version, from Settings → About
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Common questions
- The app isn't released yet. If you reached this page from a store listing, you're looking at the public support URL ahead of launch — there's nothing to download yet.
- A picture won't load: pages stream from a content CDN. Check your connection, then pull to refresh on the home screen.
- Progress didn't carry over: your finished pages, palettes, and shade picks live on the device only — uninstalling the app removes them. There is no account system.
- Got a dream page in mind? new collections are picked from trends, but a note in the email above with the kind of scene you're after is always welcome.
- Report a problem with a page: if a region looks off (wrong outline, mismatched number, missing area), tell us the collection name — fixes can ship over the air without an app update.
- Change your ad privacy choice: when ads are enabled, Settings → Ad privacy options. It appears where consent rules apply.
- Purchases live on your account: once the paid tier exists, things you've bought restore to a new phone through the App Store / Play Store — your colored pages themselves don't travel with them.
