Terms of Use

Short version: use the app for personal enjoyment, follow the rules of the stores you got it from, and don't try to break it. The pages and palettes are licensed to you for in-app use — please don't redistribute the artwork itself. We do our best to keep the app working but can't guarantee it will be perfect or always available.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

TeenColor (package com.nevranizamoglu.teencolor) is an app for browsing and colouring in fashion-style line art ("glam pages") on iOS and Android. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the app and any content made available through it ("Service").

By installing or using TeenColor you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

2. License to use the app

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

3. The glam pages

Glam pages and palettes are downloaded from a content CDN we operate. They are licensed to you for use within the app — meaning you may colour them on screen, save the result to your photo library, and share that result on a personal basis. You may not:

• Extract, scrape, or redistribute the original line art, palette mappings, or shader masks.
• Resell or sublicense any glam page, in any medium.
• Use a glam page, finished or otherwise, to train an image model or any machine-learning system.

4. Account-less use, content on your device

The app does not require an account. Your progress, palettes, and finished pages are stored on your device using the platform's own storage APIs. If you uninstall the app, that local content is removed and cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.

5. In-app purchases

When paid tiers are introduced, purchases will be processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) under their standard terms. We never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to verify purchases across reinstalls and to remember what you own — see the Privacy Policy for what RevenueCat receives.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — we cannot cancel it on your behalf.

6. Saving to your photo library

The app may ask for permission to write to your photo library so you can save a finished page. We never upload your saved pages to any server. You retain ownership of any art you make; you grant us no licence to it by saving it. We may use anonymised, aggregate counts (e.g. "12,000 saves this week") in app-store metadata, but we never see individual pieces.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the app's source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app to harass, defame, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to access or scrape our content CDN by means other than the app itself.
• Use the app in any way that violates the rules of the store you got it from.

8. Updates and the Service

We may update, change, or withdraw parts of the app at any time. We may push new glam pages and palette updates through the content CDN without an app update, which is why a network round-trip is required for new collections.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

These Terms apply for as long as the app is installed on your device. You may end them at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end them or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms or the rules of the store you got the app from.

11. Apple App Store and Google Play terms

The app is made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the app. Where the app is obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If local consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
