Short version: Dig Hazard has no account and no cloud save. Everything the game knows about you stays on your device — we run no server that holds your data. The game shows ads and sells optional in-app purchases, and those providers process data of their own. We do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
Dig Hazard: Tomb Miner (package com.nevranizamoglu.dighazard) is made and operated by Nevra Nizamoğlu, based in Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, contact nevranizamoglu@gmail.com.
2. What stays on your device
Your progress and everything you own is stored on your device only and is never sent to us:
- Your doubloon balance, banked gems, and what you have bought in the game
- Owned and equipped skins, cave looks, lanterns, upgrades and run goodies
- Levels completed, relic shards found, chapters unlocked, best scores
- Settings, language, audio preferences, daily reward counters
- A local record of whether you own the Tomb Raider Pack or the Tomb Pass
Uninstalling the game deletes all of it. Neither we nor you can recover it, so be aware that uninstalling loses your progress and any doubloons or items you have bought.
3. Advertising
The game shows two kinds of advertising, both served by Google AdMob:
- Rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for doubloons, an extra life or a doubled reward. These are always optional and always started by you.
- Interstitial ads, shown between levels.
To serve ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, and your interactions with the ads. We do not receive this data; Google acts as an independent controller for it.
Your choices
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows a Google-certified consent form the first time it runs, asking whether ads may be personalised. You can change your answer at any time in the game's Settings. If you decline you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised.
- On iOS, the system asks separately for permission to track you across apps. If you decline, ads are non-personalised.
- You can reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
Ad content is not ours. Ads are selected and delivered by Google. We do not control, endorse or guarantee what appears in them, and your dealings with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser. Report an inappropriate ad to nevranizamoglu@gmail.com and we will pass it on.
Buying the Tomb Raider Pack or subscribing to the Tomb Pass removes interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available because they are optional and give a reward, but with either purchase you receive those rewards without watching an ad.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We never see or receive your payment details, card number or billing address.
We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and to remember what you own across reinstalls. RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier for your install, the product you bought, the transaction identifier and date, and your store country. It does not receive your name, email address or payment details.
5. Analytics
We use GameAnalytics to understand how the game is played — which levels are too hard, where players stop, and whether a change improved things. It receives an anonymous install identifier, device model, operating system, country, and gameplay events such as starting or finishing a level, earning or spending doubloons, and completing a purchase.
It does not receive your name, email address, contacts, location, or the contents of your device. We use it in aggregate and do not use it to identify individual players.
6. What we never do
- We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are used under the CCPA/CPRA
- We do not collect your precise location
- We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files
- We do not send you marketing email — we have no email address for you
- We do not build advertising profiles ourselves
7. Children
The game is rated for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you have a concern about a child's use of the game, contact us at nevranizamoglu@gmail.com.
Parents should note that the game contains advertising and optional in-app purchases, including an auto-renewing subscription. Both platforms provide parental controls for in-app purchasing.
8. Your rights, and how to use them
Depending on where you live you have rights over your personal information — under the GDPR (EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California) and KVKK (Türkiye), among others. These include the right to access what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to receive a copy.
In practice we hold nothing about you. There is no account, and we operate no server that stores your data — everything the game knows is on your device, and uninstalling deletes it. If you want to exercise a right or ask a question anyway, email nevranizamoglu@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
For data held by Google, Apple, RevenueCat and GameAnalytics, use the controls in sections 3–5 or contact those companies directly. We can pass a request on, but they hold the data.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK)
- Personalised advertising: your consent, collected through the Google consent form and, on iOS, the system tracking prompt.
- Non-personalised advertising, purchase verification and analytics: our legitimate interest in funding, delivering and improving the game.
10. International transfers
The providers named below operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards each provider maintains.
11. Security
- Data on your device is stored using the platform's own storage APIs
- All network connections use HTTPS/TLS
- We never store payment information — Apple and Google handle every transaction
No system is perfectly secure, but the amount of personal data involved here is deliberately small: there is no account to compromise.
